Vocational Service

Vocational Service, one of Rotary’s Avenues of Service, encourages Rotarians to serve others through their professions and to practice high ethical standards. Rotarians, as business leaders, share skills and expertise through their vocations and inspire others in the process.

Our club provides opportunities for local youth to develop leadership skills and explore life vocations through ‘Adventures’ programs in citizenship, hi-tech and the environment. Each year the club also selects youth to participate in the Rotary Youth Leadership Award (RYLA), a program that provides outstanding students and potential leaders an opportunity to expand and hone their leadership skills.

We are also very proud to sponsor service clubs for young people in our community:

  • The Interact Club at Bayridge Secondary School (ages 12 to 18).
